As Clinic Director, you'll guide both clinical excellence and operational strength within the Alexandria location. In this role, you’ll have opportunities to:

- Meeting quarterly and annual revenue and net operating income targets
- Driving strong team engagement
- Ensuring the clinic consistently delivers a top-tier customer experience
- Upholding all compliance standards across operations
You’re a motivated, people-centered leader who thrives in both patient care and team development. An ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- At least 2 years of experience in a Clinic Director or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team
- Strong orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy expertise
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Virginia PT license (or eligibility)
