What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Development Representative position at Solutions-II, Inc (Hybrid Data Center, Cyber Security, Managed Services)?
At Solutions II, you’ll work closely with both Marketing and Sales to help create pipeline, uncover opportunities, and drive conversations around cybersecurity, managed services, infrastructure, cloud, and AI readiness. We’re looking for someone who moves quickly, figures things out, and genuinely enjoys learning. You should already be using AI constantly. Not just for rewriting emails, but for research, prospecting, workflows, organization, problem-solving, communication, and finding smarter ways to work.
If you’re the type of person who naturally looks for ways to improve processes, move faster, and get better results, you’ll probably do well here.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect into target accounts using LinkedIn, Seamless.ai, events, digital engagement, and AI tools
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
- Build outreach and follow-up campaigns that feel personalized and relevant
- Support follow-up efforts from events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
- Use AI daily to improve productivity, messaging, research, and workflows
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership on strategy, messaging, and lead development
- Stay curious, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies quickly

Experience
Required:
- Experience with prospecting, outreach, lead generation, or customer engagement
- Experience using LinkedIn and sales/prospecting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Understanding of cybersecurity, managed services, or B2B technology solution selling
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms as part of your daily workflow
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
