Senior Scheduler
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update fully loaded project schedules for construction and industrial projects. This role is responsible for ensuring project timelines are accurately planned, monitored, and adjusted to support successful project execution. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress and revise schedules to reflect changes in scope, resources, or timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify scheduling risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Analyze project performance against planned milestones and provide schedule-related reporting.
- Support project planning efforts to ensure work is completed within established timeframes.
- Communicate schedule updates and critical path impacts to project stakeholders.
- Assist with schedule forecasting, resource planning, and project controls activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of scheduling experience within the construction or industrial industry.
- Experience using scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certified Scheduling Technician (CST) and/or Earned Value Professional (EVP) certification preferred.
- Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, if travel is required.
