As Global Financial Controller, you will be the strategic financial partner to the CEO and executive team, leading all accounting, controllership, and operational finance functions across diverse channels—from manufacturing to wholesale, retail, and e-commerce—across multiple countries. Your expertise in luxury or premium consumer goods finance, particularly with complex manufacturing and inventory costing, will be vital in driving scalable systems, tightening financial discipline, and enabling confident data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Own:
- Full accountability for global financial operations, governance, and compliance across multi-entity business models.
- Leadership of month-end and year-end consolidated reporting, financial controls, and audit management.
- Driving cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis initiatives aligned with manufacturing and supply chain partners.
- Stewardship of cash flow, treasury, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Leading finance systems modernization and process optimization to fuel rapid business scaling.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing global finance team capable of supporting ambitious growth targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA qualified with 10 years in senior finance leadership roles in a global setting.
- Strong background in luxury jewelry, fine jewelry, or related premium consumer goods with manufacturing complexity.
- Expertise in U.S. GAAP, multi-jurisdiction compliance, auditing, tax, and internal controls.
- Proven track record in ERP implementations and financial systems enhancements—experience with SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who thrives amid fast-paced, founder-led, transformation-driven environments.
