Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload furniture, accessories, and staging items using appropriate equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary
- Transport staging materials to and from client locations with a box truck or similar vehicle, adhering to route schedules and delivery timelines
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of home staging arrangements, ensuring each space is styled to perfection
- Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining proper safety procedures to prevent injuries
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying inventory against delivery manifests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging supplies in storage areas or warehouse facilities
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and drivers to coordinate timely deliveries and pickups
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or warehouse operations preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or
drivers is a plus - Familiarity with driving manual transmission vehicles and route driving experience preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during loading/unloading processes
- Experience with moving or furniture delivery is highly desirable
- Knowledge of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling tools is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and setup procedures
