Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to patients. This includes assessing, diagnosing, and planning patient care, as well as implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care is a key aspect of this role. The RN must demonstrate competency in their field and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as an RN, as well as a commitment to quality care in a Christian environment. They will be responsible for caring for patients throughout all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
