Job Description: As an Autism Speech-Language Pathologist at Solutions, you will:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals with autism.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate and support families and caregivers to facilitate carryover of therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and autism.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current [State] licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
