Job Title - Oracle Cloud HCM Functional - Absence Management
Job Description:
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 2 end-to-end Absence Management implementations
- In-depth knowledge of leave types, accruals, eligibility profiles, fast formulas, and integrations with Payroll and Core HR
- Ability to design solutions, conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and support UAT and post-go-live activities
- Must have Public Sector experience.
- Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills
Work Site: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
