We’re looking for a Director of Recruiting and Client Success to help grow Solution Recruiting Network's (SRN) impact on the Minneapolis, MN corporate recruiting community. Through matching exceptional recruiting talent with our development programs and client organizations, you will help shape the future of the recruiting profession. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on relationships, has a deep understanding of best practice recruiting centers of excellence, and is ready to take smart risks for big impact and reward.




About the Role

As a Director of Recruiting and Client Success, you’ll work directly with SRN’s CEO & Founder to:

  • Generate new business opportunities by building trusted relationships with corporate Heads of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Chief Human Resources Officers. You love networking, meeting new people and you focus first on helping others. 

  • Build a network of high-performing Talent Acquisition Professionals, (contract and full-time) aligned with each client’s mission, culture, and needs. Supporting SRN's Buy Services.

  • Assess recruiter capability and fit through structured interviews, references and insight-based assessments and evaluations.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients and talent alike, bringing empathy, insight, and action making every moment matter.

  • Fiercely passionate about candidate experience. You understand that ghosting a candidate has an immediate and long term negative impact on their mental health, and therefore prioritize following up and closing loops. You are willing to have hard conversations with candidates, providing authentic feedback and coaching in support of their search. You are committed to finding the right mutual fit, and do not take shortcuts when aligning talent and opportunities. 

  • Curious and consultative. You ask great questions, you listen closely, and you’re energized by solving talent puzzles. 

  • Comfortable with ambiguity. You’re energized by the unknown, willing to take initiative, and don’t need a playbook to make moves. You are also an ATS and CRM nerd, who loves to ensure system data is accurate and leveraged to expedite success and improve candidate experience. 

  • Values-driven. You lead with kindness, act with strength, and show up with honesty. You believe recruiting should be a force for good—for candidates, clients, and teams.

Step 1: Apply Assessment

Step 2: Conversation with Tracey
Selected candidates will be invited to a 1:1 call with Tracey to learn more about your background and answer your questions too! 

Step 3: Onsite Interview
Finalists will be invited to an in-person interview at our Bloomington, MN office.

Final Step: Feedback & Coaching
We cannot hire everyone, but we sure how we can help everyone! Candidates who meet with Tracey will receive honest feedback—and career coaching if requested. It’s just how we operate: people-first, always.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor based role with compensation tied to revenue generation. While we aim to grow into a full-time team in the future, we’re currently in building mode—and we’re looking for entrepreneurial partners ready to help shape what’s next. 

You will be provided with the tools (ATS, Email, Marketing CRM and more), brand credibility, and direct mentorship from our founder and CEO, Tracey Andrews—an award-winning former Fortune 500 Global Head of Talent Acquisition known for empowering career growth.
