About the Role
As a Director of Recruiting and Client Success, you’ll work directly with SRN’s CEO & Founder to:
Generate new business opportunities by building trusted relationships with corporate Heads of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Chief Human Resources Officers. You love networking, meeting new people and you focus first on helping others.
Build a network of high-performing Talent Acquisition Professionals, (contract and full-time) aligned with each client’s mission, culture, and needs. Supporting SRN's Buy Services.
Assess recruiter capability and fit through structured interviews, references and insight-based assessments and evaluations.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients and talent alike, bringing empathy, insight, and action making every moment matter.

This is an independent contractor based role with compensation tied to revenue generation. While we aim to grow into a full-time team in the future, we’re currently in building mode—and we’re looking for entrepreneurial partners ready to help shape what’s next.
