About the Role
We are seeking a poised, professional, and service-oriented receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for a prestigious private laryngologist in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate is polished, warm, and able to uphold a luxury standard of patient care while managing a fast-paced front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Experience
- Greet patients with professionalism, discretion, and hospitality
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Assist patients with forms, insurance cards, and basic intake needs
- Maintain a calm, clean, and elegant reception area
- Provide a concierge-level experience for high-profile clientele
Scheduling & Communication
- Manage inbound calls, voicemails, emails, and appointment requests
- Schedule new and returning patient visits efficiently and accurately
- Confirm appointments and coordinate follow-up visits
- Liaise with patients regarding timing, prep, and office policies
Administrative Support
- Process payments and collect co-pays
- Update patient information in the EMR system
- Assist with scanning, filing, and light documentation tasks
- Coordinate with clinical staff regarding patient flow
- Support the physician with general administrative needs
