Job Title: Multi-State Licensed Therapist (Virtual)Compensation: $65–$75 per hourPosition Type: Contract or Full-Time (Virtual/Remote)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, compassionate Multi-State Licensed Therapist to provide virtual behavioral health services to adults experiencing substance use disorders (SUD), mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate holds active clinical licenses in multiple states and is comfortable delivering high-quality telehealth services in a structured, supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy to adults with SUD, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders via secure telehealth platforms.Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care, and relapse-prevention strategies.Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers, medical providers, and peer support specialists.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations (including HIPAA).Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and ongoing training to ensure high-quality care.Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.Support clients in building coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and behavioral change plans.QualificationsActive clinical license in two or more U.S. states (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, counseling, marriage/family therapy, psychology, or related field.2 years of experience working with adults with substance use, mental health, or co-occurring disorders (telehealth experience preferred).Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for addiction and mental health treatment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills.Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.Reliable internet connection and private workspace.BenefitsFlexible schedule100% remote workSupportive clinical teamOpportunity to work with a diverse adult population across multiple statesCompany DescriptionSolution Based Therapeutics specializes in providing top-tier staffing solutions for behavioral health facilities across the nation.
