Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Full-Time
JPC - 20531
Solugenix is looking for a Director, Office of the CEO. This is a full-time opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Onsite).
We are seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Director to support a fast-paced CEO. This is not a traditional 9-5 role — it requires someone who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they're voiced, and can seamlessly manage both high-level executive support and contract/legal document work with discretion.
Qualifications:
- 7 years supporting C-suite executives, ideally a CEO or Chairman at a Fortune 100 or comparable large enterprise.
- Paralegal background, certificate, or equivalent hands-on contract/legal document experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate with extreme discretion and professionalism under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High EQ, low ego — comfortable being the "everything" person who does "everything".
- Flexibility and willingness to be reachable outside standard business hours, including some weekends.
- Public Company exp preferred; paralegal certification a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars, travel, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Serve as gatekeeper and first point of contact for the CEO, exercising sound judgment on prioritization.
- Draft, review, redline, and track contracts, NDAs, and other legal/business documents.
- Liaise with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on contract status and follow-ups.
- Prepare board materials, presentations, correspondence, and confidential communications.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs proactively — problem-solve before being asked.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Available after-hours and weekends as they arise.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who has "seen it all" at the executive support level — unflappable, discreet, sharp, and able to move at the speed of the business.
Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $165,000 to $220,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
