Commercial Title Officer

Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Title Officer. This is a 2-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Onsite).
Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent.
- Ability to handle pro formas, knowledge of endorsements, ability to read a survey.
Responsibilities:
- Underwrites, researches and writes Title Policies, in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Responsibilities similar to those of an Escrow and Title Commercial position.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $36.16/hour to $36.16/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
