Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Escrow Assistant. This is a 2-month contract opportunity based out of Las Vegas, NV (Onsite).
Qualifications:
Strong typing/computer skills, strong communication skills and strong knowledge of office environment and equipment.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $28.17/hour to $28.17/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance. Applicants do not need to disclose their criminal history or participate in a background check until a conditional job offer is made to you. After making a conditional offer and running a background check, if we are concerned about conviction that is directly related to the job, applicants will be given the chance to explain the circumstances surrounding the conviction, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report.

Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Escrow Assistant. This is a 2-month contract opportunity based out of Las Vegas, NV (Onsite).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant I, or a minimum of 3 years in a related real estate or title field.
- Strong customer service orientation, Detail orientation, Excellent verbal communication, Problem solving skills, Strong organizational skills.
- Provide support to Commercial Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
- Primarily same job description as Residential, except escrow process is managed for large Commercial transactions Opens orders, inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by Escrow Officer Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement.
- Follow up of all escrow transactions Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions Interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents require for transactions Support Commercial escrow needs.
