Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Huntersville, NC, for a Bilingual Recruiter. The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. The recruiter will also manage job postings, maintain candidate databases, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates is also a critical part of this role.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
