Position Title: Sales and CRM Coordinator

Department: Sales Operations

Reports To: COO

Location: Corporate Office, Grand Blanc, Michigan

Status: Full-time, Exempt

In office position with general office hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary Range: $60K-$65k

Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator provides support to the Sales Team. This role supports the efficient operation of sales processes, lead generation activities, CRM (HubSpot) data integrity, and consistent execution of the company's brand strategy. The Coordinator collaborates cross-functionally to support business development efforts and improve client engagement and retention.

This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong technical and analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who can assess challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales SupportCRM Management

  • Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring clean, current, and actionable data.
  • Provide direct administrative and logistical support to the Sales Specialists, including research, tracking and follow-ups.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify performance trends and opportunities.
  • Compile, clean, and manipulate sales data to support forecasting and planning. Extract and interpret sales data insights to assist the Sales Team and Leadership.
  • Support the Client Experience Manager to enhance the client experience.

Lead GenerationCustomer Relationship Support

  • Assist in identifying new lead sources and qualifying prospects within HubSpot.
  • Coordinate lead nurturing efforts and follow-up sequences in alignment with sales campaigns.
  • Monitor and track key sales KPIs and ensure timely lead hand-offs and pipeline progression.

MarketingContent Support

  • Support marketing vendor with campaign execution including email marketing, social media, and digital outreach.
  • Manage content updates for the website to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Create and schedule social media posts that align with campaign messaging and brand standards.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communication channels.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a Sales support role in a B2B environment.
  • High proficiency in CRM tools is required. HubSpot CRM experience is required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and campaign data.
    • Proficiency in Excel is required to transform raw data into actionable insights using Excel functions and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
