We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Intern to join our Alternative Investments team, with the on-site location in our Salt Lake City office. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in alternative investment strategies, market research, and portfolio analysis.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the investment team, provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment options
- Prepare and gather economic and market information to help inform investment team’s asset allocation decisions
- Gather and organize information generated during the due diligence process
- Assist team with reporting and monitoring on approved investment options
- Help with presentations for Investment Committee meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong interest in financial markets and investments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn various web-based platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Time Requirements & Compensation
- Schedule: Part time (~20 hours)
