Location
- Must be local to the Buckhead/Atlanta area and able to work on-site in the office.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to Financial Advisors, providing hands-on support and strategic guidance across key platforms:
- Albridge, Black Diamond, Docupace, Okta, Wealthscape
- Troubleshoot platform issues, manage user access, and deliver timely, solutions-focused support
- Lead onboarding and training for advisors and internal teams, ensuring seamless adoption of tools and systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance platform efficiency
- Consult with advisors to implement reporting solutions and improve workflows
- Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and user guides
- Proactively communicate platform updates, enhancements, and best practices
- Drive increased utilization and optimization of advisor technology platforms
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or platform support
- Hands-on experience with financial technology platforms (e.g., portfolio management, reporting, or advisor tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to manage high-priority situations with professionalism and composure
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt in a dynamic environment
