Residential Roofing Field Technician Company Overview

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to support our residential reroofing operations. This role will assist in coordinating roofing projects from initial assessment through completion.
Position Details:
- Start Date: Immediately
- Probationary Period: 60 days with a final review on day 60
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing projects by running errands to suppliers and delivering materials to job sites.
- Assist Project Managers with scheduling, planning, and coordinating residential roofing projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and communicate with homeowners.
- Managing inventory and will call pickups.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager
- Maintain accurate documentation of projects, daily photos, uploaded into company CRM.
- Assist with quality control inspections before, during, and after installations.
- Navigate between multiple job sites efficiently using company-provided transportation.
Requirements
- Excited and ready to grow
- Experience is desirable but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with team members and homeowners
- Basic understanding of roofing materials and terminology, ideal but not required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willing and open to drive company-provided electric vehicle; (F-150 Lightning).
- Comfort with using multiple mobile applications for navigation, charging station location, and project management
- Physical ability to carry and climb ladders, inspect roofing work, be able to lift 80 lbs.
Technology Requirements
- Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- Willingness to learn and use company CRM (Proline).
- Ability to download and effectively use EV charging applications and navigation tools
- Comfortable with digital documentation and photo/video reporting. Via personal phone.
