Summary
We are seeking a proven, self-motivated sales professional to join our expanding digital advertising company. Previous sales experience is preferred. Training is provided. Individuals must have the drive to learn, the confidence to speak with business owners, and the desire to grow your book of business. This role focuses on generating new business and managing client relationships for our indoor digital display network and digital marketing services across the Austin region.
You will work directly with ownership, play a key role in developing our sales program, and have a clear path toward management as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct in-person and virtual outreach to businesses across the Austin metro region.
- Present, pitch, and sell advertising and marketing packages
- Develop tailored advertising recommendations for prospects
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with marketing/design teams to create proposals and media materials
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure client satisfaction
- Track sales metrics, follow-ups, and performance
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience preferred (media/advertising preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to conduct regular in-person visits to local businesses
- Organized and reliable with good follow-through
- Driven, organized, and confident closing deals
- Professional demeanor and entrepreneurial energy
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Structure
- Base pay commission (uncapped)
