✅ Provide one-on-one support and ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
✅ Implement individualized treatment plans
✅ Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
✅ Collect session data and track client progress
✅ Partner with families and clinical team members to support client success
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred but not required
- RBT certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
