Our team of Master’s and Doctoral-level professionals specializes in providing evidence-based treatments tailored to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Through comprehensive assessments, we develop personalized treatment plans and aim to empower families with the knowledge and tools to navigate their journey through treatment.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Shelton, CT. The Behavior Technician will provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with autism and related disorders, working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Daily tasks include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and maintaining detailed progress reports. You will collaborate with team members and families to support skill development in communication, behavior regulation, and social interaction.
- Knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
- Familiarity with Behavioral Intervention strategies and Psychology principles
- Ability to collect and analyze data to track client progress
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to working with individuals and families impacted by ASD
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children with ASD or in a related field is an asset
- Ability to reliably commute to Shelton, CT
