Role Description
This full-time hybrid Behavior Technician role is based in Shelton, CT, with opportunities for in-home ABA service. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, and supporting clients’ individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a certified supervisor. The Behavior Technician will track progress, collect data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure open communication with clients, families, and team members.
Qualifications
- Experience or academic background in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Behavioral Intervention practices
- Strong Communication skills to foster relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Knowledge in Psychology or related behavioral sciences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home (Shelton, New Canaan, Bridgeport)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RBT) are preferred but not mandatory
