Job Description
As a Production Worker here at Solstice Advanced Materials you will produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements dedication to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Metropolis, IL location.

You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.
Rotating 12-hour Shifts Required
This is a Union Position and the annual base salary range for this position is $28.98.

- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Support the Solstice Operating System.
- Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
- Comply with all safety rules.
- Record and report production data.
- Analyze data and production reports.
- Set up and change over equipment.
- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately record data
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and dedication to quality
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts.
- Complete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on responsibilities.
