As a Machine Operator - Level 2 - 2nd Shift here at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes. The annual base hourly range for this position is $24 Per Hour with a $2 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Key Responsibilities
- Required to Cross Train and run Extruders, Pelletizers and Recycle Machines.
- Must follow all Safety rules and Policy’s .
- Shift schedule is 8 hour shift with exception for Saturdays which will be 12 hour shift.
- Days off rotate.
- Must be able to read Tape measure, Work as Team, have good attendance record.
- Solstice will provide all required PPE.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Strong technical skills in machine operation and troubleshooting
- Experience in operating and maintaining machinery
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
