Job Description
As an IT/OT Site Lead here at Solstice, you will drive consistent IT service delivery and supplier performance for the US East region. You will be required to participate in onsite, face-to-face or virtual engagement with key stakeholders, facility management, functional peers and IT business partners and be able to provide oversight and management of our critical IT services using consistent standards, management operating system (MOS) and utilizing industry and Solstice best practices. This position will also play an important role in providing input on the design, development and support needed to advance key transformation-based programs, projects, system upgrades, in support of continued business growth across all our core services. You will provide leadership in improving IT processes and programs.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing and business processes, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and compliance with industry regulations. Your guidance will be instrumental in developing and assisting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. This role will report to Director of IT Manufacturing.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - 150,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Responsibilities
IT Operations & Service Delivery
- Provide on-site IT support and maintain local IT infrastructure across Solstice sites
- Monitor, escalate, and resolve IT incidents to minimize business disruption
- Coordinate with IT service providers for operational support and emergency response
- Drive continuous improvement in user experience and overall service quality
- Operate and continuously improve the Management Operating System (MOS)
- Establish service performance reporting and accountability frameworks
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
- Promote global standardization of IT processes, tools, and controls
- Plan and deliver IT projects aligned to business priorities
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
- Support deployment of new technologies and digital initiatives
- Define and execute regional IT strategies aligned with global standards
- Translate business requirements into IT roadmaps and strategic plans (STRAP/AOP) in partnership with Site Leaders
- Partner with stakeholders to enable digital transformation initiatives and build local IT capability with a global mindset
- Manage IT service providers through performance reviews and reporting
- Coordinate incident escalation, problem resolution, and corrective actions
- Ensure vendors meet service levels and operational expectations
- Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Optimize service costs while maintaining service quality
- Leverage MOS metrics and insights to drive continuous service improvement
- Improve IT service effectiveness based on customer and performance feedback
- Develop local IT expertise aligned with enterprise best practices
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, information technology, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop and site IT services.
- At least 5 years of experience working with managed services and third-party providers.
- At least 3 years of experience in large enterprise IT environments.
- Manufacturing, Materials, Chemical, or Industrial sector experience (supply chain complexity, Engineering, R&D processes, regulatory environments, quality processes and systems like Teamcenter, Labvantage, Process Data Historians, ELN etc.)
- Strong knowledge of project management methods, processes and tools.
- Strong leadership, change management and communication skills.
- High resilience, analytical thinking and customer orientation.
- 10–20% domestic travel (typically once per quarter)
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Applications and Business processes in domains, such as Digital Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operational Technology, and associated processes
- Strong leadership, project and change management skills
- Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity
