As Director of Finance, Integrated Supply Chain here at Solstice, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategies and enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, making a significant impact on the organization's performance.
You will report directly to our Senior Director Finance Integrated Supply Chain, and you will work on-site out of our Geismer, LA location.
You will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and optimizing supply chain operations. By providing financial guidance and support, you will contribute to improving business performance and profitability. Your strategic decision-making and financial analysis skills will help identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements within the supply chain. This will result in increased cost efficiency and enhanced overall supply chain effectiveness.

PAY RANGE
The annual base salary range for this position is $168,925 - $211,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing finance leader for Refrigerants and Applied Solutions Segment
- Financial oversight of four continuous MFG sites (Louisiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania), leading team of 9 site controllers/analysts
- Lead all month end close activities, AOP development, Leadership reviews, SOX requirements/walkthroughs across the four sites
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Must have extensive site controllership/cost accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of supply chain finance principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization
- Proven experience leading and empowering finance teams, driving performance through coaching and strategic prioritization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel to various Solstice sites as required
- Finance leadership experience within manufacturing operations, preferably in chemical or related industries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change and innovation at the manufacturing sites
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and financial management expertise
- CPA preferred
