About the Role:
Solrise Stores is seeking an experienced, results-driven Area Manager based in Washburn, ND. In this leadership role, you will oversee store operations, drive team performance, ensure operational compliance, and foster exceptional customer standards across regional locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, shift scheduling, and team performance management.
- Drive operational efficiency, sales targets, and store audit/security protocols.
- Mentor and train Shift Leads, Cashiers, and store personnel for internal growth.
- Ensure optimal inventory restocking, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in retail operations or multi-unit supervision.
- Strong decision-making, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to manage operational needs across various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage active on-site floor supervision.
