Job description:
SoloTech AutoWorks is looking for a full time Service Advisor. This role will be the primary interface to our valued customers and will develop trusting relationships with those customers as we help them service and repair their vehicles.
The ideal candidate has a strong sales background from any industry, has a strong understanding of automotive vehicle systems to assist with explaining repair and service needs with customers, and is a disciplined and motivated individual.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and creates customers for life.
- Convert inbound phone calls, online inquiries, and leads into scheduled service appointments.
- Present repair recommendations, Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) results, and vehicle maintenance needs in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare repair estimates, obtain customer approvals, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
