Solorzano Johnson Law, LLC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Real Estate Closing Paralegal to join our team! If you have 3–5 years of experience handling residential real estate closings, are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy keeping transactions moving smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of residential real estate closings
- Prepare and review closing documents and title commitments
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other transaction parties
- Draft and file legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, powers of attorney, affidavits, and more
- Maintain accurate and complete client files
- Ensure transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and on schedule
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of residential real estate closing experience
- Proficiency with Qualia
- Strong familiarity with title insurance basics
- SC Notary Public commission and availability to conduct signings in-office
- Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited program preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, tasks, and deadlines
-A proactive, "go-getter" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
