Job Description
Qualifications:
- 10 years in welding, fabrication, or manufacturing leadership roles
- Experience as a Welding Supervisor or Lead in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Expertise with MIG, TIG, and fixture/jig welding
- Ability to read blueprints, welding procedures, and fabrication drawings
- Experience with quality inspections, welding documentation, and production scheduling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Welding certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the welding and fabrication department
- Schedule workflow and manpower to meet production goals and deadlines
- Review drawings, welding procedures, and quality requirements prior to production
- Perform and oversee welding inspections, QA documentation, and material usage
- Train welders on proper welding techniques and safety procedures
- Work with production leadership to improve efficiency, output, and continuous improvement initiatives
Salary : $35 - $45
