Supply Chain Vendor Coordinator
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and external vendors
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
- Background in supply chain, materials, logistics, shipping, or receiving preferred
- Experience coordinating schedules, materials, and vendor deliverables
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers, managing day-to-day communication and coordination
- Coordinate material availability, delivery schedules, and on-site requirements with vendors and internal teams
- Track vendor performance, resolve delivery issues, and address material shortages or discrepancies
- Ensure materials are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with safety and operational standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor schedules with project and installation timelines
- Oversee inventory levels related to vendor-managed materials and support inventory audits as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation related to vendor agreements, deliveries, and material flow
