Job Summary
Solon Retirement Village is hiring for a full time RN Assisted Living Nurse Manager to oversee 18 apartments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans tailored to residents' individual needs.
- Hiring and supervise caregiving teams.
- Oversee medication administration processes ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Manage daily operations of the assisted living facility, including staffing schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to assisted living.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current licensure in the applicable state or region.
- Excellent leadership skills combined with compassionate communication abilities tailored to seniors and their families.
- Position requires on call responsibilities.
Will report to nursing home director of nursing and administrator.
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
