What are the responsibilities and job description for the Curam Developer position at Solomons International?
- Provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for NC FAST application development and maintenance operations using Java, ReactJS, and Curam programming technologies.
- Work with the NC FAST Food Nutrition Services (FNS) team to design, develop, and maintain code for enhancements and fix defects based on the backlog of change requests.
- Support FNS payment error rate reduction related efforts, including evidence automations, case approvals, and proactive QC alerts.
- Collaborate with other members of the application development team in FNS and other program areas to develop code based on existing and new requirements.
- Work with the NC FAST business team in the FNS area, FNS stakeholders, and the agile team for testing the code for FNS.
- Collaborate with the release team for source control and code build and release related activities for the FNS area of the code.
- Utilize strong working experience in Java and IBM Curam framework to understand, design, and develop underlying rules for FNS and SNAP products.
- Develop and support batches for FNS payment error rate reduction efforts, interfaces, and other related tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience developing web applications using J2EE, XML and related tools (Required, 7 years)
- Cram V6/7/8 Certified Developer. V8 preferred (Required, 7 years)
- Social enterprise management experience (Required, 7 years)
- Experience as a Cram Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing (Required, 7 years)
- Experience in development with both the Cram Enterprise Framework and Cram Solution Modules (Required, 7 years)
- Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues (Required, 7 years)
- Experience with translating and communicating highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users (Required, 7 years)
- Experience with creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Required, 7 years)
- Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency, independently identify options (Required, 7 years)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures (Required, 7 years)
