Responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage relationship with outsourced tax accountants and tax advisors, providing them with details necessary to complete income tax returns, domestic and international
- Act as an internal consultant to the business regarding any tax related questions
- Lead tax strategy and continue to build out a scaleable tax function
- Advise the business regarding the potential tax impacts of certain transactions
- Assist with maintaining the transfer pricing model
- Review tax provision and handle tax accounting
- Perform tax research as needed
- Supervise and manage staff
- Ad hoc projects
The Global Tax Dirextor should possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 10 years of progressive income tax experience, both domestic and international
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Knowledge of transfer pricing and tax provision
- Independent thinker with the ability to conduct tax research, interpret guidance, and apply tax concepts
