Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Washington, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time, 3pm-11pm Wednesday-Sunday
Compensation: Up to $17.00/hour $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do
- Provide direct support to individuals in residential homes and community settings
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence
- Encourage participation in community activities and social opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency policies
- Collaborate with supervisors, nurses, and other team members to provide quality care
