Production Operators - Direct-Hire
- Location: Asheville (Enka), NC
- Job Type: Full-time, direct-hire
Schedule:
- Operating on a swing shift, switching weekly between days and nights.
- A swing shift is a rotating schedule where you'll alternate between working days and nights.
- The shifts are approximately 12 hours long, running from 6:40 AM to 6:50 PM or 6:40 PM to 6:50 AM. This means you'll need flexibility to work both schedules depending on the rotation.
- Schedules are made monthly and released the beginning of the month.
Job Summary:
We are looking for Production Operators to join our client, a global textile manufacturing company located near Asheville, NC. The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring an assigned machine to ensure efficient production and quality standards are met. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.
Compensation & Benefits:
- A pay rate of $24.90/hr. base.
- 1.5x pay for overtime.
