We are partnered with a rapidly growing start-up that is seeking a VP of Finance. The role reports directly to the CEO and will have a clear path to CFO. The position is hybrid in Downtown San Francisco. Client will support relocation.

- Salary: 250-325k bonus & equity
- Partner with executive leadership on company strategy, capital allocation, and long-term planning
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to drive performance and strategic decisions
- Build and scale financial systems, processes, and controls to support significant growth
- Oversee board reporting, investor communications, and overall financial narrative
- Manage capital structure and funding strategy
- Hire, develop, and lead the finance and accounting team
- Manage relationships with auditors, advisors, and financial institutions
- 15 years of progressive finance experience
- Investment banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting experience
- Must have experience in FinTech, HealthTech, InsureTech, or other highly regulated industry
- Experience in a rapidly growing environment
- Experience building finance functions from scratch
