Our client, an industry leading retail company, is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Mason. The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and be self-motivated, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

- Contract Role: 6 months, possibility of extension
- Pay: $57-61/hr on W2 (No C2C)
- Schedule: Hybrid, required onsite up to 3x per week, standard 40 hour work week
- Lead business requirements gathering processes
- Identify user requirements and recommend solution options
- Test system changes and enhancements related to assigned business processes
- Provide quality assurance oversight
- Keep management aware of issues, potential problems, and mitigation plans
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related concentration
- 3 years of business analysis experience working within a large corporate environment
- Prior working experience in then retail industry a plus
- Experience integrating technical services to support applications and users within the organization
- Expertise with UAT, process mapping, and developing end user documentation
