We are working with a 25-year-old growing consumer lending client on a new Senior Treasury Operations Associate. Our client is poised for growth, and this person will own the treasury function. They would like to identify someone that can implement and improve the function with the thought this person will add staff later this year. Candidates should have demonstrated treasury experience and financial services industry experience.

- Our client is offering a base salary of 110-150K Bonus. The benefits are very solid, and our client goes into the office 3x per week.
- Execute and monitor domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple banking platforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners worldwide, resolving payment inquiries, investigations, and operational issues.
- Support daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term forecasting, maintaining accuracy in multi-entity cash flow models (primarily using Excel).
- Assist with cash reconciliations, funding requests, and intercompany transfers, ensuring all activity aligns with internal controls and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the CFO on cash and liquidity planning, providing visibility into daily positions and future needs.
- Gain exposure to hedging strategies and currency management, supporting analysis and reporting.
- Participate in new treasury initiatives and process improvements, such as automation, platform integrations, and control enhancements.
- Partner with accounting and operations to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff as the treasury team grows.
- Minimum 3 years of treasury specific experience
- Some experience in international treasury
- Bachelor’s degree
