- Salary: $160,000 - $180,000
- Analyze sales, traffic, pricing, and product mix trends to identify key business drivers and performance opportunities
- Evaluate the impact of promotions, discounts, and pricing strategies on revenue, margins, and customer behavior
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to assess initiatives, including campaigns, menu changes, and growth strategies
- Support forecasting and planning by translating business trends into forward-looking revenue and profitability expectations
- Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive performance improvements
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that combine financial and operational metrics for leadership visibility
- Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to enhance reporting capabilities and improve data accuracy and accessibility
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials, connecting operational performance to financial outcomes
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and challenging assumptions when needed
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
- 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, ideally within a multi-unit or consumer-focused environment
- Strong background in analytics, performance reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Advanced ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear, executive-level insights
- Experience supporting senior leadership with presentations, reporting, and decision-making
