Our client, a global live entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Administrator to support and optimize Oracle FCC and EDM systems. This preference is for the candidate to be hybrid in Denver, CO, but are open to remote candidates.

- Salary: $105k-$120k bonus
- Administer and maintain Oracle FCC and EDM, including configurations, business rules, metadata, hierarchies, workflows, and security.
- Support financial close activities, including consolidations, intercompany processing, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Manage financial master data, mappings, and integrations while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as the primary support resource for system users, troubleshooting issues and providing training and documentation.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to improve financial systems, workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Develop and maintain FCC reports, forms, and dashboards.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, integrations, and related projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of financial systems administration experience.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting workflows, and system configuration.
- Experience with Oracle FCC and EDM strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP/FP&A platforms such as NetSuite and Oracle is a plus.
- Strong data management, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve complex system issues.
- Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience with automation and process improvement is a plus.
