Our client, an AdTech company in NYC, is looking for a Senior Creative Operations Manager for a maternity leave cover from January-August 2026. This person will oversee the end-to-end project management of creative initiatives across a range of deliverables, including editorial, social media, video, email, and 360° marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic and highly organized leader who can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while ensuring all creative work is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AdTech and experience collaborating across creative, marketing, legal, and product teams. They will play a key role in streamlining workflows, maintaining operational excellence, and driving the execution of high-impact creative programs.


This is a hybrid maternity leave cover from January-August 2026 and requires 3-days/week onsite in Manhattan.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from scoping and briefing through production, delivery, and post-launch review.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust project timelines to ensure all creative initiatives meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Oversee project budgets, track costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation to maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, legal, and product to align priorities and ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate legal review and approval processes for marketing collateral and campaign materials.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance creative workflow efficiency and interdepartmental communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the development and optimization of project management tools and templates to standardize best practices.
  • Help forecast resource needs and capacity planning across creative teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in project management, program management, or creative operations within marketing, advertising, or AdTech.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional creative projects across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of creative and production processes, from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike, Smartsheet).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
