- Pay rate: $30-$35/ hour, with $70-$75k on conversion.
- Manage month-end close and financial reporting
- Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong full-cycle accounting experience (close, payroll, AP/AR)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with medical claims or healthcare billing
