Responsibilities:
Development:
- Design, develop, and test custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code for custom business logic and database operations.
- Develop and maintain LWC components for building modern, interactive user interfaces.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure the reliability of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Identify, resolve, and document technical issues and bugs.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and systems.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features.
- Proven experience (5 years) in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and associated test classes
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data model, security, and best practices
- Solid understanding of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Solid understanding of Approvals within Salesforce
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with CPQ or RCA is a plus
- Experience with Marketing Cloud a plus
