React Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on React Engineer with strong frontend development expertise to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires deep experience in modern React ecosystems, component-driven architecture, and integration with backend APIs. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in building responsive UI/UX solutions, optimizing performance, and working within cloud-based deployment environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js
• Design reusable components and maintain strong component architecture
• Implement responsive and high-quality UI/UX designs
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs
• Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API
• Optimize performance for large-scale applications
• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, DevOps, and product teams
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

Frontend Development

• 4–5 years of experience in Frontend Development
• Strong expertise in React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Material-UI, Styled Components, Webpack, Rollup, Storybook
• Strong knowledge of React Router (advanced routing scenarios)
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
• Expertise in custom hooks, DOM manipulation, and component optimization
• Hands-on experience with Jest and React Testing Library
  
  
  

Backend & APIs

• Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
  
  
  

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with Azure Cloud services for frontend deployment
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Experience with Azure DevOps
  
  
  

Architecture & Performance

• Understanding of Micro Frontend architecture (Module Federation)
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for large-scale apps
  
  
  

Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)

• Strong understanding of Security, Performance, and Accessibility best practices
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Understanding of caching strategies and optimization techniques
• Experience with Next.js (SSR and SEO optimization)
• Familiarity with DevExtreme DataGrid / BI Dashboards
• Experience with ExcelJS for data export features
