Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products.
- Monitors overall development process for product line.
- Acts as point person on development details with vendor partners.
- Creates and updates seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.
- Coordinates work flow of weekly updates to ensure composites are used as a timely communication tool with vendors, production, technical and merchandising.
- Tracks development to assure execution is within timeframes.
- Communicates design development details.
- Trend siting, competitive market analysis, olfactive reviews, sample requests and sample distro to teams.
- Assist with meeting prep to prepare submission sheets, organize samples
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years product design/development experience.
- Good communication, team player enjoys working with others
- Proficient: Word, Excel, Power point. Exposure to SAP systems
- Organizational skillset with ability to flex to support various projects throughout the day and multitask.
- Creative, trend/fashion conscious a plus
