- Pay Rate: $35-45.00/ hourly based on experience
- Manage media PO creation, approvals, invoicing, reconciliation, and spend tracking.
- Maintain budgets, commitments, contracts, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate across Finance, Procurement, AP, Legal, agencies, and media teams.
- Support reporting, budget reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and timely campaign activation.
- Scheduling support as needed
- 3 years of experience
- Required experience with JDE, SAP, or comparable financial systems
- Experience in Media, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, or Operations.
- Strong PO, invoicing, budget, and financial tracking expertise.
- Advanced Excel and strong organizational/project management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
