What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Specialist, Paid Media position at Solomon Page?
We are hiring a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to join a top entertainment company in NYC. This freelance position is set to run to June 2027 with potential to extend and will be fully onsite in their NYC office.
- Pay Rate: $42.50
Responsibilities:
- Upload and schedule campaigns through various paid ad managers/platforms, with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and apps campaigns. Platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Apple Ads, YouTube.
- Monitor performance of digital media buys against KPIs, benchmarks, and pacing of campaigns
- Update and deliver reports to internal MACs teams and broader marketing team
- Generate audience targeting ideas, build campaigns, make recommendations for optimizations
- Proactively share findings, data and campaign suggestions
- Ensure data of campaigns is appropriately reflected in campaign reporting and flag inconsistencies
- Support the management, monitoring, and administration of advertising campaigns
- Assist in planning of brand awareness campaign planning
- Execute special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, in-house media team or from an agency.
- Experience in SEM ad platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Ads, Bing.
- Experience with mobile app attribution (MMP) platforms such as Kochava
- Understanding of media math
- Media planning experience
- Advanced knowledge of G-suite
- Experience working in project management tools like Asana
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
