- ONSITE in Burbank Mon-Thurs, Remote Fri

- $30-$32 per hour
- Support the development and execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns from strategy through launch, delivery, and performance reporting
- Build and maintain campaign timelines, partnering closely with social, creative, PR, paid media, and agency teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage day-to-day campaign deliverables, including timeline management, process tracking, asset coordination, and QA of creative specs and final materials
- Assist with strategy briefs, campaign presentations, and internal marketing materials
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, manage agendas and attendee lists, and distribute meeting recaps and action items
- Request, organize, and track campaign data and reporting to support paid media initiatives
- 2–3 years of marketing, project coordination, or campaign management experience
- At least 1 year of entertainment, media, or streaming industry experience preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
