Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the operational calendar to align with brand initiatives.
- Manage process timelines for critical projects and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee planning processes and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Act as a point of contact for operational queries and provide support to various teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent relationship-building skills; personable and approachable demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Open to feedback, actively asking questions to clarify and improve processes.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
- Proactive mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Background in operational roles, preferably in Merchandising Operations (not required).
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
